The location is the only thing that makes sense with the hotel

Front desk employee polite. The room size is just right for the price. The beds were comfortable, and they cleaned each morning. They provided small water bottles every day in our stay. They had room service any time of the day. The pool area clean provided the pool towels. The view was calm and peaceful, with a bay side view. For coffee lovers, they had a Starbucks available by the front desk area to purchase and snack options. Would also offer food by the card beverage or alcoholic drinks . The beaches available across the main street of the hotel beautiful clear water peaceful playa langosta. All employees in the hotel provided a good service.

Great value, a lot cheaper than other places. Pool area was excellent. Easy to get to Hotel Zone or downtown using the R1 and R2 buses or taxi. Large sized room. ATM available in the lobby.

Only the location

This hotel is located almost at the beginning of the hotel zone. From here it is convenient to get to the city center. The amazing Langosta Beach is a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers magnificent views of the Lagoon. Daily service and friendly staff make you feel comfortable. There are good and not very expensive buffets and restaurants. The place is clean everywhere.

Fairly good location, just a 5-8 minute walk from the beach and a (tiny/quite expensive!) shop. Hotel and restaurant has an amazing clean and large pool with great views and lovely music. Spacious hotel room, good AC and WiFi. Plenty of soap and drinking water. Plenty of hot water from the shower. Desk staff was friendly and spoke limited English. Good elevator. Generally friendly restaurant staff. Beds were okay.

The room was large, the pool was good, location OK the hotel is tired it need a lot of love and care and refurbishment there was no safe in the room I requested a safe within five minutes a safe was installed into the wardrobe it was not fixed to the wall

The room with the balcony was amazing and overlooked the pool and lagoon. The room was nice and cool with a comfy bed.

The pool was lovely with the view of the lagoon. Would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony. Decent location to get into either Downtown Cancun or main Hotel Zone.

The pool, the staff (very nice) and the location

We went on a little girls trip to Cancun and we’re already thinking about coming back to the same hotel next year. We really liked that this hotel is not in the middle of the entire hotel area in Cancun. The main hotel area/party area is a short uber drive away, so it wasn’t loud at all. We really enjoyed the pool and the cocktails that were served to us at the pool. The staff in the entire hotel ist awesome! Especially Julio was always fun to be around! He made sure to greet us every morning and even remembered our names. On Saturdays and Sundays they will have a breakfast buffet that looks and taste so good. As I said in the beginning we’re already thinking about rebooking this hotel again.
